Fashion Friday ~ My Fave Fashion Ladies

Do you have a routine for writing blog posts?

Do you grab a cup of coffee and hunker down and write? Do you snuggle up on the couch with your favorite blanket and animal companion and type away while watching a movie? Do you read all the latest posts in your blog reader and browse other blogs before you start writing?

Yeah, I do these things too.

But before I do any of these things though, I head on over to Joy the Baker for a good dose of beautiful pictures, yummy looking foods, and happy words. She is not just a food blogger to me. She is the blogger who inspires me the most.

Joy is honest, straightforward, and very sweet. She has a way of wording thoughts and feelings I have a hard time expressing. It's almost as if she's a long distance cousin who can see into my head and knows what to say to makes things happy and fun.

Her writing inspires me in many ways, and she is constantly full of great ideas. Her latest blog post was about fun blog post ideas. (Did she know I was struggling with what to write?) Her Real-Talk Blog Tips post should really be bookmarked because I go to it enough, hehe! Her post about Finding Inspiriation had me taking pictures with my ipod all day. (That's another post for another day). The post on Turning Twentyone is a must read for everyone. Joy is a G. Pure genius.

I could go on and on and on about Joy, but I actually wanted to talk to you about other ladies that inspire me on a daily basis. With it being Friday and all, I wanted to post about gals who fashion inspires me every day.

Anna from Owls and Lace

Anna and I share a strong love for all things owls, kitties, and being silly. She can rock a blazer better than anyone I know. She accessorizes every outfit with super cute jewelry, which I think is great. I don't often accessorize but when I do, she is my inspiration.

Illy from Much Love, Illy

Illy is, by far, the happiest blogger I know. Her smiles outshine her bright and colorful outfits she showcases on her blog. Isn't that smile infectious?! Love it! The way Illy wears color is unique and fun, and I try to have as much fun wearing my clothes as she does hers.

I only have one outfit to show you this week. Not quite sure why I didn't take pictures of my other outfits... oh well. Next week!

Today was totally a pink and red sort of day. It's such a happy color combination, I'm totally in love with it right now.

Well, you all have a super great weekend! I'm going to get back to work. And by work, I mean, crocheting a little project I'm working on, while at the store. The perks of being my own boss! ;D
