Lots has been happening around here. We're keeping busy at the store, getting sick/getting better, beating Ni No Kuni and clocking 100 hours doing it (do I need to tell you how amazing it is?!), knitting, and I've been able to get a fair amount of cooking done. Yay! I was feeling saucy one morning and made peanut butter and honey pancakes.
To Make:
Biscuick
Almond Milk
Peanut Butter
Honey
ground flax seed
nutritional yeast
Follow the directions on the box depending on how many pancakes you want to make. Add a heaping spoonful of peanut butter, and one tablespoon of honey. Mix and add more peanut butter or honey if desired. Next add one spoonful of each ground flax seed and nutritional yeast. Cook in pan or on griddle until golden brown. Add butter and syrup for extra deliciousness!
These aren't vegan, but you could easily make them vegan by using almond butter and agave!
Have you made anything super delicious lately? I'd love to hear about all the yummy food everyone is eating! *^__^*
glad you both are feeling better!
Those pancakes sound really, really amazing. Haven't had pancakes in so long, will have to try these as soon as I can get some Bisquick!
I've been eating old-fashioned oats cooked with almond milk and mixed with a tablespoon of peanut butter and topped with chopped dark chocolate. It's seriously freakin' good.
